Homemade Remedies For Piles – Natural Remedies and Treatments Exposed

Some home remedies piles including sitz baths.  This warm water in this type of bath is effective in alleviating the pain of hemorrhoids.  In addition, the water serves to relax the sphincter muscle which relieves some of the pain and pressure of the hemorrhoids. It is recommended that the bath consist of 3 to 4 inches of warm water and that the soak should last for around 15 minutes throughout the day for the best relief.

Other homemade remedies for piles include a paste which contains zinc oxide and petroleum jelly.  Dietary changes such as high fiber foods which prevent constipation are also recommended.
