Deep breathing exercises for acne.

Lay on your back or sit in a hard back chair when doing deep breathing exercises. Slowly inhale and completely fill up your lungs to the count of five, and then slowly exhale completely to the count of five. Next, do the same thing, but to the count of six. Remember to take it slow and keep doing this exercise while increasing the count by increments of one second up to the count of ten.

Another deep breathing exercise is to slowly inhale and completely fill up your lungs to the count of ten, hold your breath to the count of ten, and then slowly exhale completely to the count of ten.

Do not do deep breathing exercises while driving a car or operating heavy machinery.

Open up a window to let fresh air in for a more effective cleanse.
Fresh air flow is great for your health especially when doing deep breathing or cardio exercises inside. The circulated air inside your house is far more toxic than the air outside. By opening up a window while doing deep breathing or cardio exercises your body will take in less toxins and release more.
